Goods ordered through the Triang Trains website will be dispatched within 5 working days from receipt of full payment unless otherwise stated in the product description, subject to availability.

If for any reason this time scale cannot be adhered to, Triang Trains will notify you immediately and a revised delivery schedule will be decided. All orders will be sent at our option using the best and most cost effective method.

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery is free of charge to all UK mainland addresses only. Overseas customers should email there full postal address so that we can give an accurate delivery costing for your order.

If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will, at our option either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. Any product damages and/or defects must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Shortages must also be reported within 48 hours.
We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.

Returns will only be accepted if they are returned with their original packaging intact and in the exact same condition as they were dispatched. All returns are subject to a re-stocking charge of 20% of the purchase price excluding carriage. We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To cancel an order Triang Trains must receive written notice seven working days from the day after the goods were received. Triang Trains are under no legal obligation to accept cancellations after this period.

All returns are tested and if the item proves not to be faulty then only the product value will be refunded. The re-stocking charge of 20% will apply as will any delivery charges that Trinag Trains have incurred.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU WRITE OUR ADDRESS ALL OVER THE PRODUCT PACKAGING THEN THE PRODUCT IS NO LONGER IN RESALEABLE CONDITION AND YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
